AUDIBLE MENUS: FOOD OPTIONS YOU CAN HEAR
More and more audible menus for popular restaurants are being added to the AWARE - Accessible Wayfinding app. Users have the freedom to browse food items at their leisure instead of searching for accessible menu versions online or by memorizing them. The option also exists to locate specific menu items, bypassing items that the user may not be interested in.
TO USE THE AUDIBLE MENU FEATURE:

Select Venues on the home screen of the application.

Select one of the listed restaurants.

Press Directory to bring up menu items.

The option to sort items into different categories is at the top of the screen.

Select a menu item to view and hear the full item description.
